TSM is a certified diving services provider, with extensive experience in underwater inspections, ship and platform hull integrity inspections, performing temporary repairs resulting from inspections, and various types of underwater maintenance.

Established in 1996, TSM is headquartered on Madeira Island. Our activities are exclusively focused on professional diving, particularly in the oil industry and maritime works, as described below.

Our operational area extends throughout mainland Portugal, the Madeira and Azores archipelagos, and Africa (Equatorial Guinea, Tunisia, and Morocco).

Our company promotes good practices, especially in the areas of health, safety, and the environment. Our work aims for quality and efficiency in technical standards, and we can assure that all tasks are carried out meticulously and in accordance with international health and safety procedures.

TSM complies with the rules and guidelines in professional diving, in the conduct of operations, in the selection and training of personnel, and in the maintenance of diving systems, equipment, and tools.
